Mamie Jones is an author, speaker, and consultant. Her 35 year + career is defined by successful organizational transformations for companies like Sabre, Travelocity, Dun & Bradstreet, and Intuit.
“Most of the companies I worked for wanted to institute dramatic change to improve their organization, surpass their competition, and change the trajectory of their company,” Mamie explains. “Some wanted to pivot to new business models, to drive improved or new revenue models; others wanted to diversify and enter new markets to achieve dramatic growth. What is consistent with successful transformation efforts is the ability of leadership to inspire people to achieve results and lead them to greater heights.”
Today, her work as a speaker and consultant helps solve that most important piece of the puzzle: the human element. Her clients and audiences turn to Mamie for her deep insights, practical experience, and her signature style. She is a supporter and perennial attendee of the Grace Hopper conferences supporting women in technology and STEM career opportunities. For her leadership, she has been honored with numerous awards, including the Tech Titan CTO Award for North Texas and the CEO Leadership Award at Intuit.
Mamie lives in North Texas with her husband. She and her family enjoy spending time in Colorado and the coast of Oregon.
